With more than 25 years of distinguished hospitality experience, Belal steps into the Four Seasons property ready to infuse fresh energy into the hotel that first introduced the Four Seasons brand to the Middle East and North Africa. 

Belal’s hospitality journey began at Sheraton Kuwait, where his natural affinity for people and his fascination with creating memorable guest moments inspired a lifelong career. That early spark grew into an impressive track record across Starwood, Hilton, and Marriott International, where he held leadership roles at some of the region’s most prestigious properties including The Ritz-Carlton, Doha; Sharq Village and Spa, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel; Sheraton Grand Doha; and several major hotels within Qatar and Kuwait. His path later expanded to Saudi Arabia’s visionary Sindalah NEOM development, where he oversaw a cluster of Marriott luxury properties, contributing to one of the world’s most ambitious hospitality destinations.

Belal’s approach to luxury is rooted in authenticity. “Luxury is not just a standard; it’s a legacy, and every guest deserves to feel and resonate with it,” he says.
